By accessing or using TokFlow Scheduler (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
TokFlow Scheduler is a personal tool that allows a TikTok account owner to organize and schedule TikTok posts using TikTok’s official APIs. The Service is not an official product of TikTok.
3. Eligibility
You must have a valid TikTok account and the legal right to grant the Service permission to access that account through TikTok’s OAuth process.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate TikTok’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Automate fake engagement, spam, or abusive behavior.
- Manage accounts that you do not own or control.
5. No guarantee of availability
The Service is provided on an experimental, “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on TikTok’s APIs and infrastructure. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by TikTok or other third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
